Eye care packages: your questions answered
Do the package prices include taxes?
Yes. Every price shown includes all taxes. The price you see is the price you pay for the package.
Can I claim an eye care package under health insurance?
No. Packages are self-pay. They cannot be claimed under health insurance or combined with other offers.
What happens after I pay online?
You’ll receive a payment receipt, and our team will call you within 1 business day to book your visit at a time that suits you.
How long is a package valid?
One-visit packages can be used within 60 days of purchase. Annual packages are valid for 12 months from enrolment; visits not taken within the year lapse.
Can I upgrade if the doctor finds a problem?
Yes. The fee for a one-visit package is adjusted in full when you move to an eligible annual package within 30 days. Each package page shows which upgrades apply.
Are emergency visits included?
Emergency visits are included in our annual care packages, not in one-visit packages. If you notice sudden symptoms, walk in during hospital hours and the consultation is included.
Can someone else use my package, or can I get a refund?
Packages are for one named person and cannot be transferred. A full refund is available before any service is used.
