Package Terms & Refund Policy

Terms for all packages

1. Each package is for one named patient and is non-transferable. It must be bought before the first service.
2. Validity runs from the date of enrolment. Unused visits or tests lapse and are not refundable.
3. Scheduled visits are by appointment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours ahead.
4. The specialist may skip a test that is clinically unnecessary or unsafe for you. Skipped tests are not refundable. Tests not listed in your package are charged.
5. A full refund is available only if no service has been used.
6. If your eyes are dilated, please don’t drive for 4–6 hours, and come with a companion.
7. Please bring previous eye reports, spectacles and a list of your medicines (plus HbA1c or sugar reports for diabetic packages).
8. Packages are self-pay. They cannot be claimed under health insurance or combined with other offers.
9. Emergency visits are available in care (annual) packages only. Surgery, procedures and inpatient care are billed separately.
10. Packages do not guarantee any particular clinical outcome.
11. Packages are valid at Pristine Eye Hospitals, Madhapur only. Prices may change for new enrolments; active packages are not affected.
12. All prices include taxes.
13. In care packages, you may walk in during hospital hours for urgent symptoms (sudden vision loss or blurring, new floaters or flashes, a curtain or shadow over vision, eye pain, redness or injury). The emergency consultation is included and does not count towards your scheduled visits. Tests, medicines and treatment are charged unless already included in your package. Outside hospital hours, please go to the nearest emergency facility.

Refunds and cancellations

• A full refund is available only if no service in the package has been used.
• To request a refund, call +91 90008 52020 or email appointment@pristineeyehospitals.com with your name and payment reference.
• Once any service in a package has been used, the package cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Package-specific terms

Diabetic Eye Screen

• Use within 60 days of purchase.
• If further evaluation is advised, the full ₹1,999 is credited to the Detailed Diabetic Eye Evaluation or Pristine Diabetic Eye360 if you upgrade within 30 days.

Detailed Diabetic Eye Evaluation

• Use within 60 days of purchase.
• The full ₹4,999 is credited to Pristine Diabetic Eye360 or the Retina Care Plan if you join within 30 days.

Pristine Diabetic Eye360

• Valid for 12 months. The second visit must be taken within the year; unused visits lapse.
• Emergency visits include the consultation and are not counted in the 2 scheduled visits. Tests or treatment at emergency visits are charged separately.
• If active disease is found, you can convert to the Retina Care Plan by paying the difference.

Retina Care Plan

• Valid for 12 months. Up to 12 scheduled visits, with the schedule set at the first visit; the specialist may revise the schedule within the 12-visit limit.
• Injections are charged per injection at the plan’s fixed price for the chosen medicine tier; laser at the plan’s fixed price.
• Extra scans are charged at 20% below the list price. Scans at emergency visits count towards plan limits.
• A missed visit may be rebooked once in the year.
• There is no obligation to take treatment, and no guarantee that treatment will be needed.
• The plan covers the retina and macula only. Cataract, cornea and other conditions are billed separately.

Complete Glaucoma Evaluation

• Use within 60 days of purchase.
• One free visual field repeat within 30 days if the result is unreliable.
• The full ₹3,999 is credited to Glaucoma Care Annual if you join within 30 days.

Glaucoma Care Annual

• Valid for 12 months; unused visits lapse.
• The specialist may reschedule tests according to progression; the total number of tests does not change.
• Tests or treatment at emergency visits are charged separately.

Child Vision & Myopia Risk Check

• Use within 60 days of purchase. A parent or guardian must accompany the child.
• Dilating drops blur near vision for 6–24 hours; please avoid exams the next day.
• The full ₹999 is credited to the Myopia Control Programme if you join within 30 days.
• Sibling discount: ₹200 off for each additional child in the same visit.

Myopia Control Programme

• Valid for 12 months; unused reviews lapse.
• Myopia control slows progression; it does not stop or reverse myopia.
• Sibling discount: 10% off for each additional child. There is no renewal discount.

Myopia Control Complete

• Same terms as the Myopia Control Programme.
• Replacement lenses for a power change are available at a member price.
