Submitting the contact form or messaging us does not guarantee an appointment; it is a request that we will respond to as soon as possible. All appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.

By submitting our contact form, or by starting/continuing a conversation with us on WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by Pristine Eye Hospitals via SMS, email, WhatsApp, RCS, and phone calls, for both transactional (e.g., appointment confirmations, reminders) and promotional (e.g., offers, health camps, service updates) purposes.
If you wish to stop receiving promotional messages, you may write to appointment@pristineeyehospitals.com with “Unsubscribe” or “Stop Promotional Messages” clearly mentioned in the subject line. We may continue to contact you for transactional and service-related purposes even after you opt out of promotional messages.
