When are the two visits?
About 6 months apart. Your first visit sets your baseline, and the second compares your new scans with it. Both visits need to be completed within the 12 months.
What counts as an emergency visit?
Sudden symptoms such as blurring, new floaters or flashes of light. Walk in during hospital hours and the consultation is included. Emergency visits don’t use up your two scheduled visits. Tests or treatment needed at an emergency visit are charged separately.
What if my eyes need treatment during the year?
You can move to the Retina Care Plan by paying only the difference, so you get closer follow-up and fixed injection and laser prices.
Who is Pristine Diabetic Eye360 for?
People with diabetes who don’t have active eye disease, but want their retina checked and compared through the year, rather than a single yearly snapshot.
