Terms & Conditions:
At Pristine Eye Hospitals, we aim to provide a smooth and unlimited care experience through Pristine Infinity. To ensure we respect the time of other patients and our clinical teams, and to deliver fair and consistent care to everyone, we request adherence to the following terms.
- Pristine Infinity must be purchased before consultation billing and cannot be activated once tests or investigations are advised for that visit.
- The membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment, is renewable annually, and is non-transferable.
- Infinity includes unlimited consultations and diagnostic tests only when advised by a Pristine consultant during pre-booked Infinity appointments.
- Pristine Infinity does not cover tests advised before enrollment, prescriptions from external doctors, emergency visits, surgery or procedure-related visits, or patient-requested tests without consultant recommendation.
- Prior appointment is mandatory. Walk-ins cannot be prioritized over already book appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be treated as utilized visits.
