  • Pre registration is mandatory.
  • Maximum 5 family members can be registered under one mobile number.
  • Screening slots are subject to availability.
  • Screening timings are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM to 12 Noon.
  • The complimentary screening includes visual acuity, refraction, review of eye symptoms, clinical history, ocular examination, dry eye assessment and eye screening and assessment by an ophthalmologist or optometrist, based on availability.
  • Specialist consultation, diagnostics, scans, procedures, treatment and medicines, if advised, will be chargeable.
  • Registration does not guarantee consultation with a particular doctor or specialist.
  • The registration confirmation must be shown at reception on the day of screening.
